General Shipping Information
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days of placing the order.
Delivery time would be between 4 - 6 working days depending on your location. We ship all our products via DHL Blue Dart, Maruti Delhivery and courier companies available depending upon your location. As soon as the order is shipped we will send you a tracking ID. For more details please read 'Tracking Order' section
These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.

We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. In addition, we offer free shipping on orders paid through Cards and Internet banking

Tracking Order
If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your order by clicking our delivery partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates in on their website.
Non Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
Proof on Delivery
For some delivery locations & for some high value products, our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us at customer care number if you have any questions
Outlier Locations
Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your JHAPKI products reach you.
